Best Umbrella Stroller
Hi!! So you’ve decided to add an umbrella stroller to your inventory of baby gear. You’ve probably decided this because they are lightweight and easy to travel with. And…this probably makes you think that one of these rinky dink strollers are inexpensive. Well, yes you can get an inexpensive one. But, you will regret that decision. We have two umbrella strollers, a cheap one and a not-so-cheap one.

Cheap umbrella strollers are, well, cheap! My biggest issue with them is that they are not very tall – meaning first you will be uncomfortable bending over to push it and secondly, as you walk your feet will run into the stroller. It will be so aggravating that you’ll wish you just spent the extra money to buy a good umbrella stroller.
We have the Summer Infant 3D Lite Convenience Stroller. I’ve used it with my kids as early as three months (hello full recline!) to four years (she’ll probably keep using it past four but she is four now). And…here are the features making this umbrella stroller the best and also worth the extra cost:
- As mentioned above, this stroller reclines. This is great to use with an infant but it is also great for when your toddler needs a nap on the go!
- Also mentioned above, this stroller is taller than a cheap umbrella stroller so it is more comfortable to push.
- There is a strap! If you are not using this stroller and need to lug it somewhere you can throw it over your shoulder.
- The storage basked underneath the seat is VERY generous, you can fit a ton of
crapimportant baby/kid stuff down there!
